Dairy sheep

On our farm we held dairy sheep of the breed Lacaune. The Lacaune sheep is a light and goes well with the hills in the Entlebuch. The sheep's origin is in South France, the area of Roquefort, which is also one of the most famous sheep's milk cheese. As the animal brings a really big effort, messured by it's dimensions, the milks incredients and the quantity of milk, it needs a lot of care and a good feeding. We produce hay milk only (no silage). In summer the animals graze on the green pastures of the Entlebuch and throng to the state of the art milking machine to got milked by given time. The Laucaune's charactristic is the wool free belly.

I'd like to visit the farm.
